Any attempt to charge back or open a PayPal dispute will result in a permanent ban from Cubic Roleplay and all other Tebex stores - no exceptions. Purchases usually show up in-game within 1–20 minutes. If you’re still missing your item after that, open a support ticket in our Discord with proof of purchase, and we’ll help sort it out! All purchases are non-refundable.

All purchases made through Cubic Roleplay are for virtual items only. These transactions are final - no refunds can or will be given. If you’re banned for breaking server rules, you will not be refunded. Bans are at the full discretion of Cubic Roleplay staff, and our rules may change at any time. We don’t guarantee access to the server, and if the server ever shuts down, all purchased virtual items will be forfeit.
